Department of Housing and Urban housing provident fund deposit and lending rates rise

 Department of Housing and Urban notice on February 9, from 9 February from the housing provident fund deposit and lending rates increased.

Imputation of the individual housing provident fund year deposit rate by 0.04 percentage points, from 0.36% to 0.40%; last year carried over individual housing provident fund deposit rate by 0.35 percentage points, from 2.25% to 2.60%.

from February 9, 2011, the increased personal housing accumulation fund loan interest rates. For more than five years of personal housing accumulation fund loan interest rates 0.20 percentage points from 4.30% to 4.50% raised; five-year or less (including five years) personal housing accumulation fund loan interest rates by 0.25 percentage points, from 3.75% to 4.00%.
